Motivation:
This is for the keyboard commandos, you know who you are. People who sit around and think they will be Rambo when shtf. I run, lift weights but I’m no Rambo. It’s easy to think that we can just put on our 40lb pack and walk a few miles and that will be it. Yesterday during a group workout I thought it would be a good idea to put on a 20lb vest. I thought why not, I’m in the best shape in the group. As I started to run I was reminded that you are not going anywhere fast with a vest on. The run is more of a slow trot. Just remember that when you see people sprinting in your next war move.
Think of this when you think you can just put on your tac vest and go all “call of duty.” Go ahead, put a vest on a go for a run. It’s time for you to wake up or are you going to have a heart attack?
