Introduction To CCI Handgun Shotshell Ammo:
- Commonly referred to as “Rat Shot” or “Snake Shot”. It is made to dispatch pesky or dangerous pest such as rats or snakes at close range.
- This ammunition may not function in all semi-automatic firearms. It will fire, but you may have to cycle the action each time that you shoot.
- With light weight revolvers you may suffer cylinder lock up due to capsule movement resulting from recoil inertia.
- 40 S&W and .45 ACP use an extended cartridge case instead of a plastic capsule.
- 45 ACP shotshells are not intended for revolvers.
