Many Saiga shotguns must be tweaked by a competent gunsmith to feed and function correctly.
There are lots of junk aftermarket magazines for Saiga-12 shotguns. Quality magazines are hard to find and are expensive.
If magazines are stored loaded for extended periods of time the shotgun shells may compress and deform, which may cause feeding malfunctions of the shotgun.
