The pistol is simply a short barrel, stockless Ruger 10/22. While the Ruger 10/22 with a stock is an accurate and useful survival / training rifle, as a prepper I do not see much practical use for a pistol that is intended to be fired from a shooting bench at a rifle range.
It would make a fun short barrel rifle (SBR) project, complete with suppressor mounted to its threaded barrel. Of course, do not get caught by law enforcement with a stock mounted to this pistol without the appropriate BATFE paperwork.
More soon.
