James Yeager of Tactical Response personally told me that there has never been a Keltec KSG shotgun to survive one of their shotgun classes. The KSG is an innovative design and looks really cool, but from his experience they evidently aren’t built to take serious use. A range report is always appreciated if you have experience with them, especially if you have run them hard, such as in a tactical shotgun class.
These shotguns retail for around $900, the same price as you might pick up three Mossberg 500 shotguns.
